Weekend, another one

Sorry for the late blogging... was too tired over the weekend to do anything, much less blog.

There was an inter-club beach tournament going on, and the Disc Knights (that's us) joined. We managed to get through to the second playoffs and the semis, but we lost to Swarm, again.

All in all, it was really fun.

Especially the part where we played Walking beer-in-hand Ultimate. ahhaha. just like it's name, you play ultimate, holding a beer in one hand, and you can only walk. It looked really retarded, but was all done in good fun. Anytime something happens, you have to take a drink of beer. Make a bad throw, drink. Make a good throw, drink. wear something red, drink. haha. at the end of it, everyone was laughing and falling over.

I won Best Rookie! oh well, there weren't many rookies around... Felt great though...

other news... applying for a uob visa at the last min before i am no longer a "student". i hope it gets approved... then i can get my visa mini!! w00t! it's way cute... and i think i'm gonna need it..

also, went to The Rice Table at Suntec... buffet! it was pretty good... they start you off with prawn crackers, which are addictive as anything, then some chicken soup, which wasn't too bad... Then comes everything they have on the menu... satay, tauhu telur, sweet and sour fish, beef rendang... it was all GOOD!

Went to watch Spiderman 2 after... It was ok... not as good as the reviews rave... but pretty much entertaining... Was spoilt by the HORDES of kids that were watching it with us... laughing at the wrong time, talking, and generally making lots of noise.

note to self: NEVER watch movies on a school holiday.
